PRODUCTS: The minimum unit to be controlled to quantify units and efficiency. Could be a finished product or a subassembly. Production standard per hour is part of the information on this segment.

BONUS: Chart that allows to input by categories, a different amount to pay as Productivity Bonus, depending on the efficiency obtained on the period by employee.

EMPLOYEES: The module get the employees data from the Human Resources Module.

HOURS WORKED: The module picks up the hours processed on the Time and Attendance Module.

QUANTITY PRODUCED: Option to input the quantities produced daily by units of assemblies, related to each employee.

DEATH TIME: Option to input the times en which the employee was not working for reasons not of his responsibility. The routines that calculate the efficiencies consider these hours and is charged to the plant efficiency and not to the employee.

REPORTS: Presents the units produced and the efficiency obtained by employee, by supervisor, by work center, by department, by shift, etc. Includes a report of productivity bonus and the transference to the Payroll Module for payment.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Operative systems: Windows NT or higher, Data Base Microsoft SQL Client Server, programming Visual Dbase. Multi-user and multi-company unlimited.
