The programming of computerized systems, for the maquiladora industry, on different departments, such as: Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Import and Export, Quality Control, Materials, Tool Crib and Purchasing.

Perform special development of computerized systems, upon request, in the areas of Production, Personnel Cost and Efficiency, etc.

Sales of computerized and peripheral equipment as our software is sold.

Provide corresponding maintenance service to: programs of continuous improvement, fiscal changes and labor union agreements.

Exceed the customer requirements, by using the most updated technology in the market worldwide.

Assure a quality control, providing the maintenance service inside the customer facility, to hear the different criteria requested by management, giving results directly supervised by personnel of the company.

 
  History of the Company

Castillo Garza y Asociados, S.C. was established by C.P.A. Oscar Castillo Garza and the Software Developer Engineer Luis Gerardo Castillo Garza on June 1, 1987.

Oscar Castillo Garza graduated at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, on July of 1982, as a Certified Public Accountant; and was immediately hired by the Public Accountant firm Ruiz Urquiza y Asoc. And reached the “Head Auditor” degree by the time he left this firm.

Luis Gerardo Castillo Garza graduated at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey campus Monterrey, on May 1987, major on Engineering on Computerized Systems; and immediately created this partnership.

During these years, a constant growth has been kept, which has allowed to increment the productive and operative platform, as well as the administration.

We are aware of the needs of the companies to be able to maintain on an environment of global competition, and that and important factor to achieve this is (aside from his products) to have excellent systems of information.

Currently we mainly have a good prestige, thanks to the dedicated, consistent and professional service we have provided to all of our clients located on the Northern part of the country.

 
  Working System

INVESTIGATION AND DEVELOPMENT: We are constantly looking for new programming languages, operating systems, data bases and packages in general available in the market, to know them and if applicable, to used them and offer our clients the benefits.

SALES: Over the time, our sales have mainly been made, based on recommendations that our own clients make to their colleges when they meet. The companies which have a requirement on software calls us and we give them information about our systems and then we make a presentation at their facilities using fictitious data and then another presentation on a company which has our systems, so the prospect customer sees the system running and can exchange comments with the users.

INSTALLATION AND TRAINING: Our personnel is responsible of doing the software installation in the company and the transfer of the information available on electronic files (prior systems, excel worksheets, etc.) They also train the employees as the new system is running parallel to the old system. The customer decides when to quit the old system and run our system “live”.

ADMINISTRATION: Our administrative personnel program the necessary support personnel, supervises the time incurred on the implementations and maintenance required; to control and comply with the services requested by the clients. It also controls the invoicing to clients and collection of payments, as well as our internal payroll and tax payments as applicable.
